The practical pricing and profit planning tool for wedding content creators who are ready to stop guessing.

One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "How much should I charge?"

And I understand why, because when you're building a wedding content creation business, it's tempting to look at what everyone else is charging and use that as your starting point, but their business isn't yours.

Their expenses, experience, working hours and financial goals could be completely different.

And when you're spending hours responding to enquiries, planning, travelling, filming, editing and delivering content, it's easy to underestimate just how much goes into every booking.

Being booked doesn't automatically mean being profitable.

That's why I created The Era Pricing & Profit Calculator.

A practical, easy-to-use spreadsheet and accompanying guide designed to help you understand the numbers behind your business, make more informed pricing decisions and build something financially sustainable.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN TO DO

Understand your business expenses - Get clear on what it costs to keep your business running, even when you don't have a wedding booked.
Calculate your average booking costs - Account for travel, accommodation, additional creators and other expenses involved in delivering your services.
Set realistic income goals - Explore what your business needs to generate based on your desired take-home income and the number of weddings you want to work.
Find your pricing starting point - Calculate an estimated minimum price per booking based on your own figures and financial assumptions.
Build packages with purpose - Compare your proposed packages against your financial targets and identify where adjustments may be needed.
Explore different scenarios - See how changes to your expenses, income goals and booking numbers affect your suggested pricing.
Track your actual bookings - Record booking income and direct expenses to better understand your financial performance over time.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT CHARGING MORE FOR THE SAKE OF IT.

It's about understanding what goes into running your business and making pricing decisions that reflect your costs, commitments and ambitions to build a business that works for you not to simply fill your calendar.

Whether you're setting your prices for the first time, reviewing your existing packages or wondering why a busy wedding season hasn't translated into the income you expected, this resource is designed to help you take a more informed approach.
