Hi, I'm Jamie, founder of The Social Wedding and creator of Era.
When I started out in 2022, I was doing exactly what you might be doing right now…figuring it out alone. There were no clear pathways, no established standards, no one to tell you if you were doing it right. I learned through experience, mistakes and a stubborn commitment to improving my craft.
And it worked.
I've since built one of the UK's leading wedding content creator brands, worked with hundreds of couples and helped shape the growth of this industry from the ground up. My work has been featured in Vogue, HELLO!, The Times, Daily Mail, Hitched and Bridebook.
But along the way I noticed something that bothered me. The industry wasn't just missing education - it was missing leadership, standards and a proper place for creators to learn how to build businesses that feel elevated, professional and sustainable.
Nobody was building that. So I did.
Era exists because I don't want the next generation of wedding content creators to have to figure it all out the hard way. You shouldn't have to.
